What about me? I've been working for the last ten years in the areas of software validation and requirements engineering.

While my primary focus has, for many years, ranged from Software Test Process Improvement methods (including test automation, document inspections and process development) I've been working more and more with the end users and customers to help them discover what's possible and expand their product vision.

Most recently, I've been helping companies worldwide eliminate requirements ambiguities and better visualize their products, processes and organisations by offering user-story and use-case workshops for audiences ranging from line engineers up to senior executives.
